www.viaddress.com NO REPLY AT ALL

im a buyer from Malaysia.. i use viaddress.com because they provide me mail forwarding services.. so i bought a toy from ebay US and the seller had send to viaddress.com.. the tracking number from USPS shows that it is delivered.. but the account page of viaddress of mine shows nothing.. i trying to use the contact service on the website.. but no reply till now.. i was terribly scared now as that cost alot to me.. it used up almost all my saving.. i hope someone can help me here? or do u think i ask the ebay seller to retract the postage? is that possible on USPS? im not really sure how it works there..

and i found out something weird.. a good website.. normally u click on the username box.. it will immediately become blank.. but viaddress.com doesnt become blank on the box.. so obviously is a fail and scam website.. simply do it without QC..

1 more thing.. i cant click on the purple CONCIERGE button.. it shows pointer instead of a hand.. is kinda weird when i saw this 2 situation.. should say i didnt do any research from google.. [censored].. greedy make me fall in this.. just because of the ATTRACTIVE OFFERS given.. DAMN!

anyway.. i hope someone can stop viaddress.com to continue scam people around..

www.viaddress.com Stolen Goods

Bascially Stolen Goods,

Viaddress is jsut another scam website committing mail fraud, here goes Emotiv the manufacturer of Neuro Headset bascially mind control for your PC. Was sent and arrived at Viaddress which arrived on the 4th of January 2011 and signed from CASSI KNUTSON. Please see attached UPS " Proof Of Delivery" now here comes the funny parts, firstly it did not appear on the website shipping manager untill requested froma support ticket after we could prove arrival. Then I paid for what i believed my headset but no, VIADDRESS scams me again by sending a Samsung Mobile Phone Bluetooth EarPiece.. Again since this no response and now there US phone number reports being disconnected no one can respond to any suport ticket now for over 3 days.

So then My Emotiv Headset appears in Viaddress shipping manager so then I paid for shipping get it sent on its way and nothing ever arrives. Now My item disappears ont ehre website. It appears they have jsut stolen my goods.

So off I went now this is a open case with the U.S Postal Inspection Service and the Indiana Police.
I would hope no one else would use there services or meet there scam, now Iam left with telling a disabled person he carnt have a computer or mobility in his home. Well at least hundreds and soon thousand will here what these people have done and to a person whom is recently a Quadriplegic and affected by the Floods. Not to mention the cost to replace if its possible.

For Shame, I hope now you think stealing what you think is a toy can affect someone else life.

www.viaddress.com Shipment request never shipped

I have several items delivered to them and when I request for shipping to my address in Indonesia, 1 of the shipment request said it was Shipped but when I checked on Fedex, they said they haven't got the goods.
While I have 3 more shipment request which the status is kept "Processing". I have contacted their customer service through their helpdesk system http://viaddress.zendesk.com and they have not answered in the last 14 days.

www.viaddress.com ONLINE THIEVES

One of my high value items is stuck with viaddress since 16 Nov. On 19th Nov, I was able to speak to someone who promised to look into the matter. But now even their voicemail box is full and they do not bother to answer the phone.

I have a rather expensive item stuck with them which was a thanks giving gift for my daughter. I hope that I can get it by her birthday on 9/Dec.

I live in Belgium and in no way related to viaddress or any of its competitors.

My suite ID is A918048
My last shipment has been delivered via FEDEX tracking Id [protected] (signed by someone named s. Wedge)

I have sent 1800 emails to viaddress and made atleast 300 phone calls about my package that they have since 19 Nov.
However, NO RESPONSE.

I guess they have already wound up and run away with the loot. Don't forget that there was huge inflow into viaddress due to the holiday season, esp thanksgiving.

I am now 100% sure that the people behind viaddress are professional thieves. They never steal your first or second package to gain your trust but the moment you ship an expensive one after that, it will be gone.

I am preparing to file a formal complaint against these scammer and prevent them from fooling other people like us.

After some escalations, I have received my package. Viaddress has made some sincere efforts to improve things and the services seem to have returned to normal.

www.viaddress.com Scam/Ripper

I recently become member on viaddress.com(A918784), and i try to use it services, i ship some product from hongkong into my suite, arrive at 20th may, appear on my dashboard (account manager) at Friday 21 may, and i pay for the shipping cost THE SAME DAY. For couple of days there is no response and email from the site i think their on holiday (saturday and sunday).

On monday 24 May i email them about my shipment, and they replied my email on tuesday 25 May, they replied "Your items have been shipped. You should receive a tracking number from Fedex automated system. " i wait for hours until the end of day, but there isn't. I again sent them an email asking about tracking number. on 26 May 3 AM, they replied "Your items are scheduled for pick up tonight before 8:00 PM Eastern time. You should receive a tracking number from Fedex automated system once it is shipped. "

But until today, they still not ship my item. I'm really tired of this matter, my buyer already complaining to me asking about their item (i'm a seller), I will wait at the end of today, if they still not sent the item, i will take any lawful action needed, I already contacted my correspondent at California yesterday ( he just come back to United States on 24 May), i asked nih about the proof of delivery which is signed by A.ELHASSANI on May 20, 2010 9:42 AM. I WILL take any action needed to get my item back

I already post on complaints.com and the admin approved it. I will wait until tthe end of today, , if viaddress.com still not ship my item, I will file a case on their Local Police Department. (Indiana), I also just contact my correspondent at California tell him to ask their LAPD if they can help with something. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks

Hi there after all the efforts, messages i think the legal route did assist! they finally did ship my items as i was now ready to give up ... so i think open a dispute with Paypal : ) i still have a pair with them that i was shipped after...they can soooooo have it! i dont want any to do with them! thou glad that they did ship!

hi there Rickmaldonado, did u ever get help, same thing happend to me, paid on the 13th no answer until today my customers are now frustrated and have lost cerdibility i am soooo frustrated i dont know whats happening i did check on google first before registering i am not sure what to do how did yu resolve your problem...just want my paid for items.

Good luck with your legal actions. Depending on the total sum of your purchase you are bound to loose a lot more money and even if you win it's not sure you will actually be able to enforce whatever damage you are seeking! My guess is that legal action is completely useless for purchase sums under usd [protected]. Your call... If you need something quickly buy it in your country. Had no problems with viadderss so far. Just don't rush things. Shipping takes its time!

they have not response for my e-mail or re-ship the item...

Hello everybody,
same for me. They received my package worth 3000$ beginning of march and nothing happened !
They have a damned helpdesk form which they do not care at all: there is no way to keep in touch from abroad...
Does anybody know if they will accept my request of letting FedEx pick-up my package so that I provide the shipment by myself? I guess they should be obliged: I will contact Elkhart Police Dpt and asked for that !

I have clothes worth 500$.
They have been with them for 2 months. At first I could see the items in my suite. when I paid for the shipping, everything disappeared. They wouldnt reply, they never shipped the items. So i asked for a refund from paypal, which I got quickly.
But i Still dont know what's happening with my package and Im really annoyed. They dont pick up the phone. and now their number has been routed to another number, so it's complicated to call. (it wouldnt be a big deal if they picked up the phone, they dont) Theyre wasting my time.
and requests, they barely reply to them, just automated messages! it's driving me insane!

Viaaddress is really pathetic. They have one of my expensive packets since 3 weeks. No response to hundreds of call and emails. I guess they are just collecting stuff of customers and are going to scoot off with it or sell it off. They are thieves.
I am going to lodge a formal complaint with the police very soon.

I have been trying to get an item shipped for over a month now! They are the worst of the forwarding services ever. How they are still inj business is a wonder. Just look at the many complaints boards to see they don't know how to properly service a customer. No 1-800 # which means you have to pay long distance to try and contact them on their # which nobody ever answers and goes to a mailbox which is always full (of complaints I'm sure) and they haven't even tried to defend themselves on the complaints boards any more since they know they don't have a leg to stand on anymore. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

After having seen elogious report son viaddress, I decided to use them to ship goods to switzerland.
Some goods were send to my "personal us address" last week. Everything was delivered. Since then no way to have contact with viaddress either by phone or mail. They are real swindlers. Do not trust all the positive reports. They are fake.

viaddress has the darkest scamming scheme i have every encountered.
They are charging me 129 bucks shipping fee from US to SG for a pairs of shoes...
This is ridiculous!
i'm not paying them i am demanding an answer from them.

Purchased 3 things beginning of Nov, got them shipped to Viaddress.

USPS said delivery tried 15th Nov and then finally delivered 29th Nov. Even though the items were delivered, they never appeared in my suite, Viaddress finally recorded the last one as been delivered 15th Dec.

Great I thought, things are moving along. Another email explained they had just changed premises and received a massive backlog of deliveries, this in part could explain the delay (but the customer service side is still really poor).

I immediately consolidated my items and paid for shipping. Now when I log on and check, it still says I need to pay for shipping! I've emailed them and logged "another" complaint via their new web process, all to no avail. 3 weeks later and still no shipping details, no response to emails or their web based complaints system.

If I ever get my stuff I believe it will be a minor miracle, the customer service is so poor it is beyond belief.

Maybe my stuff is gone for good, if so I'll have to file a credit card dispute so at least I can get my shipping money back.

If I ever get a response, my stuff sent to me or another month goes by (yawn) I'll update this complaint.

I don't work for another consolidator, my suite number is A915200. Come on Viaddress, do your job!

They will make everything to keep your stuff for them! I bought a gril and sent it to viaddress but I didn´t know that they can not ship it to us and you are not allowed to change your delivery address. so I asked them to return the item to the store I bought, when I tried to do this they tried to charge me 3 times what I paid to send the same item to their warehouse! 3 times! they say on their site that the prices are competitive and lower than their competitors! that´s a lie! they will charge you outrageous amounts to do anything! better go to shipto.com because they are more honest! customers beware of viaddress!

I have been a happy customer of viaddress for a number of years. as I live outside the usa, and amazon will ship less and less items to addresses outside the us, I rely on a service like viaddress to get my stuff.
As mentioned, I was a happy customer because I never had any problems. however, all this changed with a vengeance last year. I placed an order beginning of december 2012. when I had not received my goods by january, I checked online and saw that the goods had been shipped back from singapore to viaddress, something viaddress failed to let me know. strike 1!
I contacted viaddress and they told m they had to wait for an explanation from fedex, an explanation that supposedly they had not gotten three months later. strike 2!
I started to get very upset as I had not only lost goods to the tune of usd 2, 000.00 but also shipping expenses of an additional usd 1, 800.00. after repeatedly demanding some accounting for the whereabouts of these considerable expenses, viaddress has stopped answering since the 5th of march. strike 3!
In conclusion: stay away from this company. they are ok as long as nothing happens, but if anything goes wrong, customer support is non-existent and they will quite happily keep your money. I consider that theft but, living in cambodia, my legal options are somewhat limited (and viaddress is certainly aware of that). if anyone has suggestions who to contact in the usa to pursue legal actions, I would appreciate it.

Hello all,
I am from the netherlands. I recently joined viaddress and I am very disappointed with their service. first off, they have misleading information on their website which lets people sign up, and when its time to ship the items, I can only see exorbitant shipping rates. they advertise really low rates on their website, claim that everything is for free and that you can do a shipping estimate. I sent a few hair pieces (hair extensions) and 2 pair of jeans, 6 pair of socks. my shiping total is $110 usd on via address! this is just outrageous because when I had calculated the shipping estimate, it came too about $68 usd. I cant even find the option to pack everything in one box as they advertise and their concierge service doesnt work. I did send an email to them and got a response stating that
"at this time our concierge service is not available due to current improvements in the concierge department, however, you can still use viaddress to forward any packages that you can purchase on your own from any us merchant." and this also "regarding our shipping cost, the rates on our website has not been updated yet. the carriers has just increased their rates due to fuel charges, so we don't have any option but to follow them."

Now, persons at viadress - sarah van [censored] and to whom else this may concern. it is no fault of mine that you guys may be too busy to post accurate information on your website and for this, I would like to send my items to a friend in the usa and have them send it over to holland. I refuse to pay $110 usd for 2 jeans and other misc items which hardly even weigh 7 pounds altogether.

In this sense, viadress is a big scam. they use the bait and switch trick, they advertice misleading prices to lure people in, the smack them with really high shipping cost..

I also ordered from amazon.com using a viaddress - what a load of cheats!
My package consisted of 3 items for the total of $71
I ordered and it was delivered very quickly form amazon to viaddress
However!
When I had to ship it to south africa - my shipping costs were $252!
More than double of what I could have paid for the exact same items in my own country!
They are all a lot of fraudsters, making big bucks out of suckers like us.
We are so scammed! if we dont ship it, they sit with our paid for items, to do whatever they wish to do with!
Stay away from viaddress!
