I ordered three shirts from this website totaling just over $100. I received an email about a week later that they had shipped two. I emailed the company to ask about the third shirt. They said that it was out of stock and asked me to pick another item that was a similar price. I requested a refund for the third shirt. They did not reply or issue a refund. About a month later, I got two very poorly made shirts that were in an envelope from Jane. Jane is a reputable company. I have ordered from them before and their website is great. The shirts I received were not the correct size and were very cheaply made. I would be embarrassed to wear them or even donate them. I disputed this purchase with my credit card and received a provisional credit. I do not know how this company stays in business.
