The basic logic of the course is as follows.
They promise that you will get a job in 6-9 months. When I heard this, I immediately started the course. In a short time, I learned that this is not actually the case, that people find those jobs by filling their CVs with wrong information, and that in job interviews, they reflect a 1-month bank simulation as a 1-year work experience (sometimes 3 years) by giving a bank's name and address that does not exist. 2 months after I started the course, I realized that I couldn't really find a job during this time. But if I am going to write my knowledge and experience honestly on the CV, this is possible after an extra effort of 1-1.5 years after this course. As a result, I decided to leave. First they said I had to pay 200 Euros and then 340 Euros. Many promises told at the beginning were not kept during the 2 months I attended the course. In addition, the promise of a job was possible with a CV with false content. I complained from the situation. But nobody even listened. They just wanted money. I was willing to give money and I still intend to, but they take such a ridiculous stance that there is not even a single real interlocutor I can talk to by listening to my problem.
I asked for an invoice. They didn't provide that either. I told "Send a 340 Euro invoice to my house" and I thought I'd learn the address of your company. They didn't do that either. The IBAN addresses they sent me are as follows:

I learned that there is more than one company belonging to this address. Also, there is no company in Belgium at this address. During our correspondence, no one mentioned their names, although I always mentioned my own name. Again this was not answered. They continued to correspond without giving any official name. The course starts training with approximately 250 people in every 3 months. They make the same promises to everyone as they did to me. I later learned that 90 percent of these people couldn't find a job or anything. They charge each trainee 1100 Euros for the course fee, and an extra 2000 or 3000 Euros if they find a job. But even though it is a business of this scale, it is a structure where I could not find an official person, let alone the office.
As a result, I decided to write this complaint because I thought it would be useful for those who want to attend this course.
