I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo Hybrid mobile Case which cost around 28 $ as per http://www.spigen.com.sg/.
a) I have created an account in the site as sathish.[protected]@gmail.com
b) I ordered the mobile case and made the payment via paypal as per the site "PayPal Website Payments Standard"
c) Here is the order number "[protected]"
d) Invoice Number : [protected]
e) After that they mention in email that shipment email will receive soon
d) After 3 days no response given.
e) Submitted a service request on the site no response.
f) Received email from [protected]@mac-friends.com saying that order will receive soon sometimes singapore post may delay.
Kindly address this concern and see is it really a scam or true.
As Singapore is the safest country to live without any scam but few online business do not follow their standards. Kindly look into it. I am ready to come anywhere with proof of invoice and bank statement.

I did some research about mac friends and spigen singapore and all seems legit, that's why i placed an order.
