www.samsungparts.com review: Seller didn't update info on the website and I still haven't received my order

I bought TV accessories from the company www.samsungparts.com. I wasn’t happy with the services. I waited 4 weeks for my order, ‘coz it turned out that my ordered stuff was sold out, but this info wasn’t provided on the website. Total rip off. I waited and got only fake promises from them seller. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
