www.Postalstuff.com review: The seller has problems with the delivery and he didn't want to refund

I placed large order on www.Postalstuff.com. I got the confirmation details and the date of the delivery. But I didn’t get the order and emailed the seller. This person responded only 3 months later and said that they had problems with these specific items. He said that I would get them as soon as possible. Ok, I got the order 15 days later and the t-shirts were wrong and the size didn’t fit us. We returned items back and the seller decided not to refund.
