My brother told me that he used the services of the company www.myperfectcoverletter.com. He told me that they checked and helped him with the resume and their job was fast and accurate. I needed to update my resume and needed help with it, and because of the positive review of my brother, I decided to try their services. I was shocked that after they charged for the work, they haven’t contacted me and haven’t provided the resume back. All emails, which I sent to the rep. I don’t know what to do now.

They charge your credit card monthly for services and their website is misleading
My husband had access to the credit card being charged and was deathly ill all year while we were being charged over $20 a month for NOTHING
They don’t respond to emails, calls or escalation requests to supervisors.
Your experience is very typical of the kind of service (SCAM) MyPerfectCoverLetter provides. It is predatory! Imagine how many vulnerable people they have scammed over the years. There should be a limit to how long a person can be billed for a service that is never used.
