Invoices are issued quickly rather than on extended payment terms such as net 30. This means customers can incur significant costs early, before lead quality or commercial viability can be properly evaluated.

Appointments are generated through broad outbound methods such as SMS or automated calling. Messaging can be vague and may cause recipients to misunderstand what they are agreeing to. As a result, many appointments are effectively cold even though they may still be treated as billable under the agreement.

After appointments occur, customers are asked about their close rates and pricing. That information is then used to justify appointment pricing and shift responsibility for outcomes entirely onto the customer, even when lead quality is poor. Under this structure, the provider is compensated for activity volume rather than results.

There are also transparency concerns. The individual presented as the founder appears to maintain multiple professional profiles across unrelated industries. The website displays awards and photos with well known individuals that appear unrelated to the current business and should be independently verified. The business also appears to use a virtual address and does not clearly list a physical office or independently verifiable client references.

Anyone considering this service should carefully review the agreement, clarify how billable appointments are defined, understand invoicing timelines, and request verifiable references before committing funds.
