FuGenX Technologies review: They didn't provide any help

I paid money for the mobile app, which I downloaded from the website www.fugenx.com. I installed it, but it didn’t work. I sent tons of emails to the rep, but they only diddle-daddle and didn’t provide any help. I sent them emails and asked to help and these fake promises continued within several weeks, but in result – nothing. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
