They call from a local "cell phone" number, say they are from Pennsylvania, say it is to lower the interest rate and give you 0-6% the rest of the time you are paying it off. If you ask for a website, they give: www.creditcardservices.com . It has no contact information, and when you -ask for a call back number, they give: [protected] x801, which when called does not ring into anyone. Then if you lose your phone call connection, like I did, they never call you back.
