This is another classic fraud agency inspite of being listed in the CIC list. Guys, beware of nikil of WWICS. he is a professional sales woman and fraud. he will force you to pay quoting 'promotional offers' and make you sign contracts after which he will disappear and leave the case to her unprofessional bunch of admin staff. The owner, SITTING in India rarely meets any client, so cannot say anything about him.
Just that guys, please speak to 3-4 registered lawyers before doling out the money. My wife and I have been made to shell out 14000 aed for nothing.
I just need to know where do I get justice here, as they have cleverly incorporated clauses in their contract thus indemnifying them against refund claims.

Dear Harassed friends, thanks for providing me enough information about their cheats and your promises to provide me affidavits with proofs of their cheats.Now i am confident to teach them not to play with carrier of candidates.I promises yo all it will be end soon and wwics will never thought nor will exist to cheats us.
I was thinking my file they delayed only for money but there were many other factors and they did it in wrong way.Finally I am happy that I atleast got my documents back but surprised ...I found 70% of candidates remains silent and never apply legal action dut to which other new candidates like me suffers .Be in light and bring in notice to every one as it is a big part of scams which destroy youngsters' carrier beacsue majority of qualified youngsters tracked in immigration frauds

yes, you are right, it was a reputed company but now a days they are complete frauds...
If you have any proofs, plz feel free to send me some of these, I hope it will help me taking a Legal action against these Bunch of fools

WWICS have took money to give immigration services, in 2005 from me and their agent convinced us that the process will take 2 years and assured of immigration to Canada . Later after 7 years they informed that CIC have cancelled all the applications, Pre-June 2007, which was true. During these period only response we regularly got was birthday wishes. No clear responses to our queries . Also their offices and representatives keep on changed. Later they send notification to part of the money refund and took signed agreement from me. But still nothing is paid back and no responses to e-mails. To me they are big cheat.
