Yes, myself and my husband lost 250, 000 dollars to this scam. Lesson learned- always do an exhaustive research especially on the internet and use lawyers to confirm existence of business before investing in any business.
By all means please stay away from this fraud star I have lost £75, 000 pound with this two individual who started the World Energy Holdings & Research PLC, I have heard he has started another scam with a charity name in MEXICO, please please, please stay away from this person and Jorge Vizcara
Totally agree with Mark and anther guy call Jorge Vizcara, please stay away form this guy's if they come up with any other investment, they are only here to take your money and will not build or give you anything.
I came very close to investing with this company to the tune of nearly $10 million dollars in their dam project ! When the NZ lawyers would not call me back after my law firm had some questions, I knew something was up ! STAY AWAY from this company NO MATTER WHAT THIS COMPANY TELLS YOU !
