I started using Workwolf in 2023 at $399/month with no annual contract. Prices have since increased significantly — now $495/month for annual ($6,000/year) OR $1,195/month without a contract. AND Workwolf changed its posting rules. “Enhanced” jobs, which are supposed to appear on Indeed, are locked for a full month. So if a job closes in the first week, you cannot replace that job slot until the next month, wasting the post. I could not find my enhanced posts on Indeed unless I asked Workwolf directly. If I cannot find them, how are candidates supposed to find them? Customer support is often slow to respond. There is no direct phone number, only an AI chatbox that passes along messages. They provide no candidate sourcing, and according to their representatives, “We are not a recruiting site.” Given the high cost and limited value, I would not recommend Workwolf to other staffing agencies or recruiters. NOT worth $6,000 a year with the changes they've made.

Recommendation: I would NOT recommend Workwolf to staffing agencies or recruiters.
