I’ve been a member almost a year and when I signed up I wanted access for all amenities so I signed a 1 year membership. I was told that it came with 2 appointments with the fitness trainer no cost. Long story short since then I have been charged $75 week without my realizing and no word from anyone about the recurring charges. Reporting to BBB

Claimed loss: $1800 / $300 ea month
