Woodford Car Rental review: Non refundable

On the 14 June 2023 at around 15:00 at king shaka airport Durban. Me and my husband we book a car with Woodford via Booking.com, because of the changes of 11000 deposit that they didn't mention that we have to pop it out when taking the car we have to cancel and use the Uber, we claim our refund as they also mention that free refund but now Booking.com their refusing to refund our money, as now I won't book car via Booking.com I will go straight to dealership I think is safer than Booking.com because you learn one's
