I sent my money order in, that I bought at the U.S. post office and sen't it certified mail 10/26/17. As to date 11/16/17 no reply, other than more offers. I believe that this is very near ( or as close as you can get ) to mail fraud. Calling the post master as soon as I get conformation of receipt.

This is a scam! I was stupid enough to send them a payment once of 12.99 and got nothing in return. I don't know how they are coming up with this stuff and getting away with it but there should be something done about this! Why doesn't the president do something about this!

My attitude regarding the sweetskakes comment of the other participants. Is why are they complaining about there unclaim reward, is because they didn't have the preselected number idscan..sweetskakes participants need to know the officials rules and comprehend the letters that they receive in the mail.in the letters it's says each winner will be notified by mail and be required to complete, sign and have notarize an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and where legally permissible release.. participants need to realize it's a real opportunity to win big...the A.N.C is a real corporation the employees have a job to do, US as sweetskakes participants need to reply before sensitive deadlines..if we as sweetskakes participants miss one or two documents for the corporation to file..it's not there responsible of any losses...A gambler understand and a sorry loser doesn't. ..sincerely Jamie Lemuel Cervantes..[protected] United States of America

I have a Gift Certificate for $2500 to go to their www.goshoppingmall.com and after reading all these complaints I am scared to use it. This does not ask for any money unless I want a necklace (the premium offer), which then you are to remit $11.89 for the necklace. You do not have to order the necklace but this is from the Award Notification Commission P.O. Box 2905, Kansas City, KS [protected]. I would really like to know if this is a scam.
Thank you.

My name is Sandy
I recieved an email yesterday 28/10/16 at 8:36pm from an online casino by the name of lucky 247. A lady by the name of Sophia Wyatt sent it to me stating that I had won $500 bonus and 50 free spins. Overwhelmed and excited I opened my lucky 247 account only to see I had 27 cants. I rang lucky 247 and spoke to a gentleman by the name if Adam who stated that I wasn't entitled to the prize. The emailI received clearly states that I won. Could you please find time to look into my complaint and find out why I am not entitled to win a prize that clearly states that 1 had won. I can provide copies of the emails if required.

Thankyou,
Sandy

Approximately 3 weeks ago I got a notice in the mail too! They wanted $12.99 at first I did not believe it. I never win a thing. When I told a family member she even said, "YOU?" It looked very official and I read it over and over again, Not willing to take the chance that it was true I mailed it back in as instructed. Have not heard a thing from them. When I was finally able to look it up, there it was posted as a "scam". Well checking the mail today I have received 3 more all with the same P.O. box return address in Kansas City, Kansas. All 3 notices were different but the return envelopes are all the same. I also received a gift certificate for up to $2500.00 all I have to do is pay for shipping and handling. Each one is offering me a "Premium Offer" which gives me some sort of gift for my money. The forms I got look pretty official. I play sweepstakes on line all the time. They say that they will notify me if I win by email or they will call. All have asked for my address. My question is, are any of them real? How do I know what ones if any are real or a scam? Someone went to a lot to print these forms up for a scam!

Definetly a big scam. I just got one of those reward letters in the mail today. Funny I never entered any sweeps with them. I have never heard of them before. Be very careful. There are only a couple of legitimate sweepstake's out there and ANC.COM is not one of them. Be safe

I got the same letter but it did not say I have won. Like any sweepstakes, if your number matches the chosen winning number then you are a winner. Though I think it is a scam, they clearly state under the official rules, "you have not yet won".
All these people saying the letter says they won are not telling the truth. It does not say that.

I got this letter today as well... but it is just one of MANY that I have gotten, plus my Cell phone and Home phone are full of people trying to sell me stuff. My EMAIL has so many Lotto games and prize notifications in it, I can't even get to my REAL emails without going through a thousand junk emails. I even tried to put them in so they would go to my spam folder, but they change their name and email address all the time.

They ask for a $12.99 Judgements fee claiming you won millions. After I paid it, they sent me another letter wanting more money. I knew then that I was being scammed. This just happened. The date is [protected]. I'm going to do everything I can to report and bring them down. Apparently they've been doing it a long time and enough is enough!

I, too, received this "AMAZING!", very official looking mailing. I'm the winner...(sort of, if you don't look close at the actual words written on this toilet paper) of gobs of money in a sweepstakes I DIDN'T EVEN ENTER! Pretty cool, right?!?!?
Of course it's another scam. My biggest hope (aside from the instigators of this type of scam dying and going to hell...soon!) is that every person who is aware of this kind of thing will make sure every elderly person you know is protected from these goons and the thousands like them. Speak LOUDLY at every opportunity to make sure those who may be a bit more naive or innocent regarding these types of scams will be aware of the many ways in which bad people try to steal from hopeful or trusting folks.

@ Debra Mahone The letter doesn't say you won the sweepstakes. It says you have a number that could win the sweepstakes. That's the come on. You have to read every inch of the letter carefully. Their scam is the Premium Offer which you sent them $12.99. If you read the official rules and flipped it over, there on the bottom it says "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN". You sent them a fee for nothing and you'll notice that you have to buy from their store with the $2500 certificate. You may not like their products. One other thing how they tricked you. You opted for the 1 million sweepstakes where you could have opted for the 2 million sweepstakes and taken the lump sum. They worded it to direct you to opt for the 1 million. Always, always be careful of these kind of letters. You've heard it before, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

I still have my certificate, since last year...It is not worth the poor trees used to make the paper it is written on. Most of every comment made are exactly correct. I also received the winning 2500.00 certificate. The prize catalog is somewhat do-able, selections are poor, but when you total up charges of handling and shipping they exceed the value of items sent I am sure of it, and if you find something somewhat reasonable it is no longer available. FTC complaint, also be aware of the : #1You have won 2.2 Million dollars we are en-route to deliver your check, do you want it public with all the bells and whistles or do you want it private? Go to Money Gram and get the release fee of $250.00 must be paid prior to delivery of cash or certified check. Using FBI, Washington D.C. as their protection. In two days I received 67 calls, all the cell phones calls were marked (JM), on my caller ID. (Jamaica) My answer machine could not take anymore messages, one every two seconds. I had numbers blocked with my phone company then somehow I received another call having the guy ask me don't you want your money? I said no you keep the 2.2 million he called me a stupid old female dog, and hung up. Since then I only received 2 or 3 more calls another shift I guess, so far so good NO MORE CALLS.
#2 Also be ware of the( Wells Fargo) Money Safe with their actual logo. ! Winner! SCAM, I took it to the Lender, where I had my Mortgage, W.F., they had never seen it, it was written grammatically incorrect, RED FLAG.

Received letter in the mail (presorted 1st class) with letter inside that I have to send $12.99 to win $2 million or lump sum payment of $1, 230, 946.00... wtf? 1/3 page insert says NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, so I guess I won't be sending them back any money! They want the money to be sent to PO BOX 2905, KANSAS CITY, KS [protected]. The 1/3 page terms & conditions say if you longer want to receive their garbage in the mail then to contact NextGen, Inc. Customer Service, PO Box 7069, Shawnee Mission, KS 66207 or by calling [protected].

I just recently recieve the award notification commition from Mr. Larry Hourd, at the beginning I thought this letter was real because I entered a sweepstake early, but when he requested 12.99 for a acquisition fee for a WONrewards.com, I had a hunch that this wasn't right, this paperwork was pretty good because pretty legitimant until I looked further into online, thank you for the comments, it helped me save from a scam

The federal government should be looking at this very hard, first it's mail fraud, second the postal service should of been on this from the beginning, where are they...and then you never, ever pay for winning something like this. They could of taken the 12.99 out of the winnings if it was true, and then why the fee in the first place...and like most people on this page have said, how did you win something you didn't enter in...I would actually like to know why the state, local police, federal government, and the posal service haven't done anything about it yet...I guess it's not there priority, even though there are people out their willing to send them and keep sending them there winning. But I bet you if you send them a bad check, they'll come knocking(POLICE)on your door then...

I just received same letter. I thought this is too good to be true! I NEVER win any drawings, let alone winning $2million dollars! I'm just NOT that lucky! I searched the website they gave and I got a WARNING that the website in question DOESN'T even exist! Besides that, they want me to send "them" money before I get my won millions?! SCAMMMMM! Don't be a fool and fall for this GARBAGE! What kind of contest actually charges you to claim your supposed prize money? These foreigners are trying to make Americans look like idiots for falling for their letters and email scams! DONT'T let them pull u in! Let's show these CROOKS we ARE MUCH SMARTER than they are!

I got a letter saying AWARD CERTIFIED certifying that I won a sum of money, and I had to pay the sum of 12.99, to register or submit information, the letter says exactly the same as the express letter when I went to the internet find WONreward.com, is this true that I have to pay 12.99. is this a scam,
