Wonga review: Incompetence and unprofessionalism

I have been trying to contact Wonga customer care for the paid up letter of my previous loan however iam failing to get assistance and iam starting to get pisser off because of the incompetence and unprofessionalism from the stuff ,a whole company yet no one is able to get back to me like really yet you guys are [censored]ing around up my credit record because it also reflects active which initially affects my credit record this is pure [censored] honestly
