Refund = USD$156.18
1. 57.39 Yearly Starter Plan 21/5/25
2. 57.39 Yearly Starter Plan 25/5/25
3. 20.70 Add O Duration 21/5/25.34
4. 20.70 AI Cards
On May 21 2025 NZ time, I visited Wondershare Virbo and started a Text To Video video. The length of the video is about 5 seconds on Free Trial. I started a video and ran out of credits or video duration before I finished. The site was prompting me that I would finished my video if I bought a paid plan or renew. I bought a plan – Yearly Early Starter for US$57.39.
After purchased and click yest to prompts, I tried to finish my video but the duration length didn’t change. The length was still 5 seconds and I still haven’t enough credits or duration. I was again prompted to buy Duration Add On for US20.70 to extend the duration. After buying Add On duration, I tried again and still nothing happened. Again I was prompted to buy AI Cards for USD$20.70 that was supposed to add duration length, but like the previous offers, nothing happened.
It was then that I requested a refund. I cancelled the subscriptions and the account as well my bank card. Someone emailed me to come back but I replied that I only needed my refund. I tried to get in touched with Virbo Wondershare about my refund but no such luck.
A day later, someone called Shirley from Support emailed and again I told her my experience and wanted nothing more than my refund. While I was waiting for further news for my refund from Shirley, someone purchased another Early Starter Plan on my Bank Card. Considering that my account was cancelled and bank card unavailable, it is considered force and fraud to use my details.
I further tried to contact Virbo Wondershare but there was no real link available for refund support.
I only want to refund my money now USD$156.18, that’s for 15 seconds of text to video that never worked.

*I went back to Virbo Wondershare website looking for help 26/5/25, and noticed that my account subscription was active. I cancelled and went back to it a few minutes later and noticed that it was again active. Apparently, it becomes active every time you close the page like a scam!

Additional info to the above;
Further, I used the Free Trial plan, and it was the Free Trial Plan that is updated by the renew. But since I bought the Yearly Starter Plan, the Free Trial plan is supposed to be immediately cancelled, thereby not requiring a renew upgrade when the Free Plan expires.
It’s absurd to have the Free Trial plan active the same time the paid early Starter Plan is which is supposed to to be more advance. I think that’s why they bought another Early Starter Plan when the Free Trial is supposed to expire. But how can all these go on when the plan is cancelled few days earlier?
I have used a Google email to log in and the log in process is automated, I didn’t have to manually fill in forms. Once logged in, I cannot bring back the google log in window, so I cannot copy it.
After logging in, the next page displayed account details.
When clicked on account details, the window extended to available programs.
There is no way to go back on the 21/5/25 and copy screen images of video creation and ad on + ai cards. That’s impossible for me. But evidence of purchases showed proof that Yearly Early Start Plan, Add On duration and AI Cards were purchased. I remembered there was a window prompting confirmation of purchase, and activation of programs.
I cancelled the account and subscription after requesting a refund. But another Early Start Plan was purchased on 25/5/25 without my knowledge. It was the Fee Trial plan that I used to create the video. When it failed to finish the video, I purchased the Early Yearly Plan or renew. That should mean I used an advanced program as the Free Trial Plan is cancelled.
But the Early Yearly Plan also failed to complete the 5 second video hence escalated purchases of Add On and AI Cards.
It is not possible to renew a Free Trial Plan that was replaced by paid renew Early Yearly Plan unless the process is faulty or manually forced. And purchasing another Early Yearly Plan when the account and subscription were cancelled is possibly illegal.
It is now added to total refund of USD$156.18. BTW, when I went back looking for answers, I found my account and subscriptions active. I cancelled them again. A few minutes later, I went back and found the account and subscription active again. I noticed every time the window is closed the account reactivated itself. It may be because every time I enter the webpage, I am automatically logged in and activated the account. It is also a fault for automatic activation when the account is cancelled. .
I dont know if Virbo wondershare can recollect the event that I was not able to generate a video. I left without completing the 11 second video. It is unfair for VW to require me to provide a screenshot of the window 7 days ago, is impossible. VW might be able to recollect it if it has storage of usages on 21/5/25 from my account. But its cancelled remember!
I am not able to reproduce an autmatic log in from a google email log in either.
But VW have solid proof of money deducted from my card and no 11 sec video was generated from my account on 21/5/25.
Thanks for pursuing my complaint. I have had replies but it's all over the place, I'm not really sure what's going on. They have talked about refund, and I have only received USD$20 of the total USD$156 purchase so it's far from resolved.
