Morrisons Customer Service This is the first (and probably) the last time we will use Home Delivery. Scheduled for 20:30 this evening, got an estimated arrival time of 21:23. Nobody came. By 22:15, we had heard nothing. No phone call, no text, no email, nothing at all. I called customer service at 21:35, listened to all the blah blah, pressed that, pressed this, then that, and finally got the message sorry we are closed. WOT? If you are closed, just say that ! Don’t waste my time! You need to investigate, find out exactly and precisely what happened, and tell me why nobody bothered to contact us at all. You are going to need a pretty good explanation and apology. I am probably going to invoice you for wasting my time. I need to hear from you by 9am, what has happened and what you are doing about it. And find those cashews. I need them for a meal I am preparing. No excuses. Not a happy camper. regards, Trevor
