A payment of £15 was taken from my credit card on 10th January 2023 without authorisation. I bought a radiator online from Plumbworld and was told I could receive a discount on any future purchases. I received an email from completesave after this purchase but when I have tried to open the email I am told it is no longer available. I have tried to find a way to contact this company but have not found a way through to them. I am worried they are going to try and take £15 a month from me. I have been in touch with my credit card company and they say this company will probably keep requesting this payment every month. I would like to remove my details from this company’s records and be refunded the £15 already taken.
Country of complaint: United Kingdom
Desired outcome: My details deleted from their records and the money refunded
Having checked my credit card statements online, I found that there had been a transaction, which I did not know anything about, for £15 per month for a period of 4 consecutive months.
I have reported it to the fraud department of my credit card company and hopeful of a refund.
It would appear the company, wlycompletesavecouk-nyon-, is using less than honest means to extract multiple £15's pm from unsuspecting folk.
I have had the same ammount taken from mine but are unable. to cancel it. I am furious but can't do any more.
I recently noticed on my building society statement that a monthly payment of £15 to 'WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK Nyon' - a 'Recurring VISA Transaction'.
This had been going on in my case since May.
I went down to my building society to ask them to stop it. The lad there said he could not stop it from there but gave me a number for their 'VISA Disputes' department.
I rang this number from home and the lady stopped the payments. She also gave me a number for 'Completesave.co.uk': [protected] to ring and ask them to refund previous moneys they have taken.
I did this (be nice, they are happy to help) and now within three to five working days these £15 amounts - amounting to a collective £60 in my case - will apparently be refunded to my building society VISA Debit card.
I mentioned to the Completesave lad that I had seen that others were also unaware of having given any consent for these transactions and therefore it seemed to have a whiff of 'scam' about it.
Again; be nice, they will happily stop it all for you.
I think my next step will be to report this to the fraud squad and be hopeful of a refund like the previous person.Thanks.
I have this as well, what is it from? Is it linked to a transaction?
Mine was apparently linked to a Morrisons transaction. I was told this by the lad at my building society. I am not from the United States as apparently stated here alongside my name.
I also noticed that WLY*Completesave.co.uk has been deducting from account £15 secretly without any authorization and my consent. It is purely theft through our data. We were not even informed on our phone. What should I do?
Now they are trying to get my review removed from trust pilot 🙄
Firstly contact your bank or building society's 'card disputes' department and ask them also to stop the payments.
Then ring 'Completesave.co.uk' on: [protected].
Ask them nicely to stop taking these payments from your card and to refund the moneys they have already taken.
From my experience they are happy to help.

After seeing all your comments, I am appauled, I was on Holiday from Canada in the uk, I just noticed on my CC statement that there was a charge for $31.78 I had no Idea who this company was, a little looking up on internet I found out what kind of company they are, SEEMS VERY FRAUDULANT TO ME! I never give out my email or credit card details when I purchase anything. I only recognize a few companies on their web site. One is Denelm. and Train, also Argos.
I did go o Dunelm in Clydebank, but I never gave permission, or my details to the store. second was I did buy a senior Rail pass from BR at Glasgow Central Station. but on their site it mentions Train, which is a website to look up times and to book a train. I did use this to book a trip to Liverpool. again I did use my CC to purchase, but I did not authorize anything else.
typing with virtual assistand, it asked me for myclient number, I did not know I was a client to this company GO2.COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK Nyon CHE, but when I went on the site I logged in with my email and used a password I have used before, and there you go I had an account, telling me I could get my start up bonus when I purchas anything! Virtual also asked me to confirm my email address. I gave it and it could not find it anywhere on her system. so What is going on, I can't cancel through my bank, it has to be the company that cancels... why? I did not authorize.
People beware and check your CC statements. I am back in Canada now, and it is harder to contact them!
thanks for your input
