I have had £15 a month taken from my bank for over a year now. I contacted my bank and had my card changed and the payments stopped however they have found a way a few months later to start taking payments again. I have no idea how they got my details and have NEVER used their services whatever they are and do not know how else to go about cancelling this and requesting some form of a refund.
