Wix made an unauthorized charge of $384 to my credit card on file on June 3, 2023. I unchecked the reoccurring yearly plan in May of 2023. I have completely canceled and deleted my website by the end of the term on June 16th, 2023. I have filed for a refund through the website with no refund. I have contacted them 3 times in the last month trying to resolve this issue with no help but to wait for the refund department to contact me. After two weeks, I still have not been contacted by the refund department. The customer service representative say they can no longer help me and have directed me to the email address [protected]@wix.com that no longer exists. I have filed this unauthorized charge as a complaint to my bank.
