This is one of the most dishonest companies and some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Stay away from them and go with a known and reputable company. I called them weeks before making a reservation overseas for a rental car to inquire if I needed a International Drivers License or if I could use my American drivers license. I had read mixed reviews online. The person I spoke to told me that I could rent the car with my normal drivers license. I arrive to the rental place, after a 10 euro car ride and come to find out I do indeed need an IDL. They refused to rent me the car. I then had to pay an additional 10 euro to get back to my hotel, only to have no car and have to shell out even more money on taxis to get to the places I waned to see.when I reached out to their customer service, they refused to refund my payment even though they admitted it could have been there fault they didn't see the call in the system. I told them there probably would be no record since it was before I made a reservation. They then asked me for proof, and I told them I didn't have a recording. They said a screenshot would suffice. I told them since it was weeks before I made the reservation, I have no clue what number it would be, what day, or if I still had it. They said tough luck and they have no record of me calling, even though I could have used 1 of 3 numbers I own, which they never even asked for.I told them it was a simple refund due to their mistake, and they could just make it go away or I otherwise would be forced to contact my CC company and issue a dispute which they would *** me, and this would just upset me more than I already was and force me to publicly leave them a bad review. They never bothered to respond or issue me a refund. So here I am telling people to stay away from his deplorable company!

I paid for the car reservation Wisecar.com, arrived at the agency and they didn't give me the car without any explanation. All my documents are correct without fines. In other words, the company charges for the reservation and is not responsible for the service. They didn't give me a car nor my money back. This is fraud! Be attentive!
