Wise has one of the worst verification systems I’ve ever experienced. Their automated process fails repeatedly and they do not offer any manual verification option.
Other platforms are faster and more user-friendly. Wise’s platform is confusing and the support team is completely unresponsive.
They ignore requests, tickets, and emails, and never offer real solutions. Their team is careless, and the experience is extremely frustrating.
A company with this level of service does not deserve the reputation it holds.
