Winshire Education Centre review: Toxic, disorganised management that threatens staff and lacks basic systems or respect.

Working at this tuition centre was one of the worst experiences I had ever had to deal with.The environment is incredibly toxic, and the management is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. Staff are openly called names like “crazy” or “CMI” (Cannot Make It), which is demeaning and unacceptable in any workplace.

Even just looking at the group chat gives you a sense of how bad things are it’s filled with passive-aggressive remarks, public shaming, and negativity.

There are no proper systems or processes in place, yet employees are expected to go above and beyond daily. Mistakes are often caused by the lack of structure and are met with threats of fines rather than support or training. Management takes no accountability for their behaviour and dismisses feedback entirely, creating a culture where growth is impossible because the company chooses to remain stagnant.

The employment contracts are ridiculous. Some employees are tied to 6-month contracts with a 6-month notice period, which is both unreasonable and exploitative.

Welfare is completely ignored. Even when staff are unwell or have COVID-19, they are told to report to work, risking not just their own health but the health of children attending classes.

They often question why the turnover rate is high, but the answer is clear to anyone who’s worked here. This company does not value or respect its employees.

My honest warning: it is not worth it. Please reconsider before accepting a job here. You deserve better.
