Yesterday, sat. 7/27/19 at approx. 5pm. My wife & I were shopping at the above store. We went into the chips/snacks isle but the isle was blocked a young woman wearing a red winn-dixie t-shirt, packing-out products from a u-boat. Myself & 2 other customers also were shopping in the isle. The young lady gave me a dirty look & a menacing stare because she could not pack-out her items from that u boat because we were in her way. Why was she packing out & blocking the isle with that u boat at 5pm on a busy saturday evening? I as a senior customer felt compelled to apologize to her for interrrupting her work. My wife & I came to the store to grocery shop, not to be made nervous by a hostile/disrepectful winn dixie employee. We and I did not want any confrontation.. Our goal was to have a pleasant shopping experience which we did not have. Be advised I will never shop at this store again. Michael f. Hardy
Publix supermarkets have very friendly employees.
As I was discussing this situation with my wife, she stated that she no longer wishes to shop at any Winn-Dixie store
Winn-Dixie - selling rotten food
I shop at store number 607, quite often. it's the closest grocery store around me. However, every time and I do mean EVERY TIME I go in there, I'm always ending up getting rotten meats, that haven't quite expired, yet, when you open them, man you can tell it's rotten, and also them not taking products off the shelves that are expired, and not just expired, I'm talking about 2 years expired! I've launched formal complaints to the store manager, James Doyle, but all I get in return is an appology, a promise it won't happen again, (we know that's not being dealt with) and a return of another non bad product in place of the bad one. But what about all the gas I spend not only shopping, but going back and forth cause stuff is bad? not to mentinon when i placed a complaint before, the store manager contacted me and asked me to never contact anyone else about bad product or services to anyone but him. that is not professional. i'm sorry, you should have pride in what you sell, and if it's not right, then it shoud be addressed and not at the consumer's life.
Smithfield pork and ham products. Sometimes this is the only brand you offer for items like pork loin. That is when I abandon my cart and leave the store to shop elsewhere. THIS COMPANY IS OWNED AND OPEREATED BY THE CHINESE COMMUNISTS. Please source and stock alternatives. Don't force me to become a Publix customer.
I was in WD about 7:30 last night and one employee had her light on. I walked up with my items and she said loudly, waving her arms "I'm closed. I'm going home." Very rude. The next employee I asked, "Is your line open? Your light's not on." She said "I'M STANDING RIGHT HERE."
Every time I visit this Winn Dixie by my house, which isn't very often anymore, I am reminded as to why I choose to go to the Publix instead. The staff always look like they are the most unhappiest people in the world, and they are not just unprofessional but rude. My multiple complaints to management in the has done nothing.
My manager notified all winndixie that I'm not able to work any more for a false report an there not letting me see no cameras
I was charged sales tax on prune juice on 8/6/23 in Florida. Does Winn-Dixie charge sales tax on orange juice? Thank You
ive been at winn dixie 407in tuscaloosa,al. for over 20 yrs. im being cut to save hrs, but ive been fulltime since ive been there, the manager is a excuse me, a _ ss hole! thanks, michael cooper

Called to order a cake with the Bakery. No one would answer the phone. Tried customer service/manager no one would answer the phone. Tried callin 5 different times. Took business elsewhere.
the last three time i brought diet pepsi from the springhill and mariner store in florida they have been flat as hell...i am sick of it...i would take them back but it cost me money for gas...they need to check there pepsi products...they are bad,,,i think i take them back and tell them to drink them
March 27 2023, ordered delivery. Next morning discovered that they double charged my debit card. Called customer service, they were no help. Stated they could not find order, even with company provided order number. Looks like a scam, very bad reviews and negative comments about this company. Beware!
