Window Depot USA of Chicago review: I need to get my money back in total, $4975.00 if possible

I got this company through Home Advisors to install 10 new windows on my condo in May, 2022. I signed a contract and was given a date of October, 2022 for installation. Contacted them in early October and was told they were having a problem getting materials because of COVID. Eric Smith, the CEO, promised he would find another source for materials and complete my installation by the end of November, 2022. As November neared, I anxiously sent an email to him and the founder, Eric Smith requesting a date for installation. I wrote emails for updates and called the office without any response. As of today, I have been unable to reach them and in searching them out on the internet, found other customers who had also been duped and given the same story about the material shortage for thousands of dollars. I gave them a deposit of $4,975 for 10 windows with the total paid after completion of the job. Total cost was $9,950. I am a senior citizen with limited income and cannot afford to lose this money when my windows still need replacing. .
