Wilkinson Property Management. review: Property management

I had been using Wilkinson Property management for a few years. Sometime after covid they started outsourcing their labor and things went way down hill super quickly.

My neighbor called and told me the tenants had thrown carpting into the backyard and the wife had left and another individual had moved in.

I sent a message letting Wilkinson know about this. They didnt have a contact number for the tenant, so I asked the neighbors to let the tenant know to give a call.

3 weeks later I get a call from the property inspector saying she cant get into the property bc there was no key left. Wilkinson office called me to bring them a key. Unfortunately living 13 hours away made this impossible. They rekeyed and we have fleas. 2 flea treatments and 2 months since the tenant left and it wasnt til then that I was told my home was destroyed. The one year old refrigerator was (is) covered in mold. Moulding and screens are missing. Carpets torn and nail polish stained.

Wilkinson refused to file a lawsuit for damages incurred during the tenants stay. This is the only reason I have a management company for. Im out of state and hired this company to take care of any and all legal and property matters that may come about regarding my property. They refused.
