I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the clearance items I got from Wig Studio 1. The quality was kinda iffy, and to make matters worse, they don't even let you return those items! I mean, come on, that's just not right. And when I reached out to them about the poor quality, they didn't seem to care at all. It's like they just wanted to make a quick buck and didn't care about the customer. If you're looking for a company that actually gives a darn about their customers, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. This ain't the place for that.

I was really surprised to see some negative reviews about Wig Studio 1, so I wanted to share my own experience. I've actually ordered from them five times now, all the way back in 2023. The first wig I got wasn't quite the right color for me, but I had no trouble returning it and getting my money back. After that, I ordered two more wigs in colors that I knew would work for me, and I was really happy with both of them when they arrived. I had been thinking about returning one of them, but I ended up liking them both so much that I kept them both.

Just a few weeks ago, I saw a wig on clearance that caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try. It took a little longer to arrive than my other orders, but when it did, it was in perfect condition and I was really happy with my purchase. I've also used their "wig chat" feature to ask questions about different styles and colors, and I always got quick and helpful responses that helped me make my decision.

Overall, I think Wig Studio 1 is one of the best and most reliable wig companies out there. I've had nothing but good experiences with them, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a high-quality wig.

I recently ordered a wig from Wig Studio 1, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. I ordered an open box item, which means that I expected to receive a wig that was free of tangles, modifications, and any weird smells. Unfortunately, that's not what I got with the Rachel Lite wig.

Now, I've ordered from Wig Studio 1 before, and I've had some pretty major disappointments. In fact, out of the seven items I've purchased from them, six of them really shouldn't have been sold as open box items at all. Let me break it down for you:

First, there was the Nitro 16" wig. It was threadbare, but I was new to Wig Studio 1 and didn't know any better.

Then, there were three wigs that I ordered in the same order that absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I don't know how they could have sold those to consumers.

Next up was the Estetica Ocean wig. This one had a factory defect that made it look like there was a visible part in the wig, but it was really just a poorly sewn weft that they tried to pass off as "permatease."

But the real kicker was when I ordered an open box 100% hand tied Dalgona 16" wig, and they sent me a regular wig instead. I had to take pictures and send them to Wig Studio 1 before they would even give me a return label. Then, I had to wait until they received the wig and inspected it before I could get a refund. They offered it as a "one time courtesy," but really, if you send someone the wrong wig, that's just correcting a mistake you made. It took about 30 days from the time I ordered the wig to the time I got my refund.

And finally, there was the Rachel Lite wig. It was supposed to have a zigzag part, but it didn't. It was also a tangled mess, and it definitely didn't have that new wig smell. But according to their checklist, it was supposed to be in perfect condition. It seems like they just check the boxes without actually checking the wig itself.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experiences with Wig Studio 1. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

This company, Wig Studio 1, is not to be trusted! They take your money without even having the product in stock or knowing when it will be available! They don't even post on their website which wigs and colors are out of stock, expecting you to email them and ask if it's available. Who does that? It's like asking if your toothpaste is in stock before going to the store. It's ridiculous! I suggest you stay away from their website and hit the back button as fast as you can. They took over $420.00 of my money and told me they couldn't refund me. What kind of business cannot refund a customer? It's comical, to say the least.

The worst part is that consumers go to their website thinking they are reputable and believing that their order will ship out in a timely manner, like any other e-commerce website. But no! The product is not available, and you might have to wait 2-4 months for your items. And to make matters worse, they charge you for the product even though they don't have it and don't know when it will be available. And their policy is that you cannot cancel the order! Who are these fail monkeys? Who are these thieves? It's criminal what they do, but they protect themselves by having a policy that no one reads because most "reputable" websites would never post that they "cannot" refund you! Wigstudio1, you mean you "will not" because you're too cheap to pay the return fees! It's sickening, and I have zero respect for your business, or lack thereof.

So, people, don't go there! They are cheap, money-hungry grubs who don't care about YOUR money, well, until it's in their hands. It's like they're saying, "Beam me up, Scotty!"
