Whitby Mall review: Service from the Whitby Mall, Whitby, Ontario, office.

I went to Whitby Mall so that I could do business with to chat with someone I could understand proper English. However, I feel that I had been fooled into purchasing a very complicated phone, (Google Pixel 7). Plus, because it's entirely different than my last phone, which was a Samsung, it was beyond my understand on how to use it. I, therefore, when back to the store, which is closely 45 minutes drive from me, to get the attendants to show me how and was told: "I'm the supervisor here, if you come back again, I may have to charge you"... I'm a senior, on a low pension and obviously was easily fooled by a conman. I don't want this phone, it's useless to me. I would like another Samsung. Please help. Thank you.
