I remember my grandfather used to say: “dawn is the more productive time of the day because it is much quieter than evening and it certainly is less colourful.” That not only applies to the rush hour and stressful office environment the whole society lives in, but still holds true for everyone as a rule of thumb, especially those who are new to the hustle of working 9 to 5. The morning hours are also great in terms of focus and creativity as during those hours, there is very little activity and almost no distractions. The absence of WhatsApp messages, emails and other social media activity make our mornings highly productive at work. Given that, one can be confident that one’s work performance in the morning is likely to be much better than trying to overcome fatigue later in the evenings.
Utilizing morning hours over evening ones is underrated but genius. I never thought my fresh morning mind could be worth so much. Morning hustle, here I come! ✨
Hi Nischa, thanks for the info ...really gained some new insights. I have to say though, that 'best hours' doesn't have to be the early hours. For me personally, I'm more productive and way more creative in the evening. Yes, more tired than in the morning of course ..but for some reason, I'm more productive and get more done. So perhaps, you could point out that mornings aren't always better than evenings, I think it depends on the person and how that person is wired ;)
And maybe important to do all this only a few days a week, because I think one should also be able to chill for an evening. Otherwise, you'll be 'working' and pressuring yourself all day every day. And also, not sure if you have kids, this could be totally different for a parent (for me this totally is the case). So maybe adjust it a bit so it would be more realistic for parents too?
This is great advice. You can get so much done in the AM. Locking in in the AM is a hack.
Totally agree with the morning hours, so I get up early! For the evenings … well when you got kids you gotta do what you gotta do tired or not… but yes anticipating is very helpful. Thank you for your great content ❤
Great tips and content. Efficiency and balance is key to success. I especially like your morning work tips
The early morning tip is key. Just go to bed earlier and spend your best hours on yourself.
Then you can rest in the evenings, or only do chores, eat, exercise, as needed.

Use your best hours
I am in the US, reading this at 6 AM my time! If your friends are spread across the globe then it's hard to not have any notification in the morning. So the best strategy is to turn off your phone internet during the Morning hours.
