WeTransfer review: Cancelling our account, stop charging my paypal account

Automatics & Machinery has been relatively closed since Nov 1, 2024. The account could have been under [protected]@automatics.com or [protected]@automatics.com , as they both had a card in their name.
I have asked 3 times, then finally received a reply to so I could cancel and check my paypal account for the refund. For the auto-charge on a 1-year wetransfer account.
I see there is a $228.00 paypal charge on Oct 16 2025

4 months ago I was in contact with Wetransfer, let me tell you that your communications are slow and seem to be deliberately misleading.
There is no way to just go to your website and cancel my account or get refunds with a reply or guaranty that someone is handling this issue.

I am really tired of dealing with digital companies such as wetransfer.
No one to speak with to take action.
No one to speak with to handle this type of matter.
I get emails telling me someone or some team will be in touch.
Next this goes to the BBB, I will file a complaint in the state of Colorado.

Just handle this and do it quick.
Since I traveled a great deal I have out capital one credit card on autopay.
It seems that you have may more than one charge to my account
Remove all, cancel all my accounts related to Steven A Beck or Steve Beck or Automatics & Machinery; and stop charging me
Clear this up quick
