From the start when I got into the room it wasn’t the right room I told the front desk, they did nothing to help or accommodate me what so ever I was put in a studio room with four younger kids and no a. Working properly. I waiting and called over 39 times for maintenance to come, they never came. I asked for another room I found on line, that I didn’t mind paying extra for they said no were sold out when I called back a young lady said they did have some rooms. Kept calling and asking for help with the ac no one came at all, then I got hung up on this is the worst. then if I leave I will be out of 700.00 dollars this is so stressful. I never raised my voice till I got hung up on

Desired outcome: A better room with a full kitchen and better service
