Westborn Chrysler Dodge Jeep review: used car

In October I financed a used 2017 Kia Soul form them, in April the engine went out. I had the car towed back to the dealership and they have had my car since then. They will not tell me anything when I call they won't answer the phone. I can't afford a lawyer and is still paying the car note of $467 a month and $322 for my insurance and no car! I have been more then patient with them and i'm currently about to loss my job due to no transportation! please help!
