The company, wepost, promised to deliver our parcel between 14days after submitting the tracking number.
My parcel start to deliver from china at 9/11/20 and it reached malaysia at 23/11/20.
However, I didn't received my parcel until today 17/12/20.

The reason given by wepost is they have too many parcel to handle, but I think that it can't be a solid reason because they knew november will always be a panic month for courier and it is not a reason for holding my parcel almost 2 month until december and most probably until year 2021 by considering my parcel already reached Malaysia by the end of november.

Also, many other customers who submitted the list late than me already received their parcel, it is unacceptable for me and it proven that the company didn't have well organization that smoothen the work flow.

It is awful experience to deal with a problematic courier that work hard only for giving their customer excuses of their mistakes.
