In 2005 MY Wife and I T Leon Berry Bough a time shear and sign a contr act that when the property was sold, we would get our money back Pius interest we have a deed and have paid taxes to Riverside CA. The Property was sold in December of 2021 and Welks Resort will not send me a copy of the contract and says it was only good for ten years plus they are creating a new contract with the city of riverside Pin [protected] that has no value. and will not talk to me and my wife
