Weed Man review: This company has been consistently disappointing.

From customer service to product delivery, every interaction has been a problem. Each time I call with a complaint, I’m told a different manager will handle it, yet nothing improves. When I ask to speak with someone in charge, I’m asked to leave my name and number so the “owner” or senior manager can call me back—but that call never happens. It’s unclear who is actually responsible for running this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business here. Direct and Blunt This company is terrible—customer service, product delivery, everything. Every complaint gets passed to a “new manager,” and each one is just as bad or worse than the last. When you ask for someone in charge, they take your name and number and promise a call back from the big boss. That call never comes. Who is actually running this company?
