I followed all the rules for returning my item, but I only got a little bit of my money back. I should have bought the same thing from Walmart or Amazon because they always make sure their customers are happy. You never know what you're going to get when you buy from these online scammers. Stick with the stores you know and trust. Don't take a chance on WebCortex.
