I discovered that company called WC Mon Essen charged me money already three times. The problem is that they took money from my bank account without authorization. I contacted my bank and they told they can’t return the money. I did all that I can- I blocked my credit card.
This company is a thief and someone need to look into them they have been taking money from my account and still tryin to take money from me saying I have a subcritical with them and they sent me Walmart card , which is a total lie.
When you call they are all rude and very dismissive and keep telling you they cancel the subscription even confirmed by the supervisor but this is just to get you off the phone and even when you change your card they seem to have inside information on your account like they are customer service agents that work for these banks .
This is criminal and fraud .
Yes I had two charges on my bank account that was for 2995 and I did not purchase the service they took it out twice out of my account without permission from me I need this matter to be checked into my number is [protected] April Barton I need you to have this big ASAP
