I was supposed to receive a new card in the mail but have never received it. When I go through the automated system you can never speak to a person. During the automated questions for a lost or stolen card, it asks for a participant id. There is no participant ID and I can't find one in my profile. Basicaly they will now be able to hold my money hostage since I can't get a replace or new card or speak to anyone.

Desired outcome: The desired outcome would be for the state of California to dismiss the use of WaytoGo. But for right now I would like a new card sent to me.
