Waypoint Law Group FRAUD

I was told that I had been pre-approved for a loan modification and was given all the specifics and terms of mynew modification. I was also told that if I sent in the full payment they would be able to "expedite" my file. Immediately after sending them $795 I became suspicious and cancelled the agreement per their written instructions. Now, I am not able to reach anyone and they do not return phone calls and I'm out a bunch of money

Victims of Waypoint, Greenlief, us home owners, etc. whoever they are should get a class action suit going against them criminals.

Waypoint Law Group improper buisness practice

This company promised to help lower my mortgage rates, they claimed to have already discused this with my mortgage company, who told me that they had not heard a word form them as of today, and guarenteed there services. They recieved a 900.00 dollar retainer for there services and to date has not deliverd anything but a do it yourself packege. They have not returne any calles for the past 3 weeks. Anyone choosing to do buisness with this company should be aware of these deceptive practices. The person who I was dealing with was Dewy Pham. I have left over 10 to 20 calles asking for him to return my calls but as I have stated to date he has refused to take or return any calls. When they are looking to get new clients you will have no problem reaching them but after they recieve your money ! good luck on reaching anyone but a recording.

I was scammed too. Shawn Moore. They are now taking our house. I hope reciprocity comes their way. What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul? I know there is a spot in hell for these people. Unfortunately for them the way of God's Law is greater than man's. Did they think of what ill was going to fall on their children and their children's children? I bet not. Forgiveness comes right after vengeance. The Lord says, "Vengeance is mine."

New tonight if your have been taken advantage of by WayPointLawgroup contact the FBI in California.Tell them to your knowledge everything you no, and what happened.I myself have filed on my behalf.I have gained knowledge one of the key players is AKA Paul Bain.If you would like to call Mr.Bain his cell is [protected].Im sure if your a victim you want to no where your funds are.I myself did call Mr. Bain and he said he no longer works for Waypoint and that he left 60 days ago.I contest that I said, he said I am a marketing director. So Apparently this guy is a lawyer, marketing director, and a real estate agent.Wow so I researched him and this is what i found. He is not a licensed realestate agent and California has listed all people who practice without a license..And wow to my surprise his name was on there. This guy is applying for loans that exceed 200, 000 dollars. Hes got your s.s.number, acct. numbers, your job, your loan number. He is you practically.Google this number and you will see what I mean he is a con shark ripping of the working homeowner that indeed went to this 'firm' in time of need.May justice prevail..New York Victim
