Husband purchased a new Santa Fe in May 2021. They promise free oil change for the life of the car. My husband has paid cash for the car.

We also placed an order for a part in May of 2021. To date, no part has arrived. I was told by Manager Nick, if we needed an oil change, the date would be January 2023. Five months for an oil change! Ridiculous!

Also, I was told that there is no order number for our part...just ask for Nick and he would let us know if it came it. Noone even bothered to call.

Also Hyundai customer service is not acceptable. They will refer you to an Agent who will take their time to respond. Our car still rolls back in park and they finally sent an inspector after 9 months. They refused to send us the results unless we got an attorney. Husband hospitalized 2X because of the car roll back. Almost lost his leg.
