Wave Spas review: Replacement pump 1

This company sells a very poor product and will not help you when it breaks. Purchased a hot tub a year ago. It leaks and is made poorly. They will not help. The pump is also poor quality. They had to replace it for me within three months. This new pump will not work and even though it has a one year warranty, which I am clearly in, they said that they go by the date of the original pump that I sent back. Doesn't make sense. I am out a great deal of money and they truly do not care. Save your money! Worst purchase ever! I purchased this hot tub in late March of last year. The new pump was sent to me in early September 2021.
