Today is the 4th appointment that your company has not kept to the appointment that they made with me which is a shocking refection on your company.

To recap:

Thursday 26 October 2023 - You did not arrive for our 12pm appointment – you did not contact me or apologize. I contacted you and you did not say why the appointment was not kept or why I was not contacted but you promised to come at 5:30pm on Friday 27 October 2023. No one arrived and no one contacted me.

Friday 27 October 2023 – You did not arrive for the 5:30pm appointment and at 6:30pm after waiting an hour no one contacted me so I sent a whatsapp – still no response.

Tuesday 31 October 2023 - I phoned and was told that they came on Monday 30 October 2023. When I said that no one made an appointment with me or advised me and that I was at home the whole day I was told that you would follow up with them and come back to me within 30 minutes. Needless to say I was not contacted within the 30 minutes and had to phone myself which is the common process which your company follow. I was told that they could not come on the Monday as their car broke down? I was then told that they would be here at 10am on Thursday 2 November 2023. I explained that they must be on time as I have a meeting from 11:30pm. I was assured that they would be here at 10am

Thursday 2 November 2023 - No-one arrived for the 10am appointment and it is now 11:20am and no one has contacted me – I wonder what the excuse is this time .
