Washington Post review: newspaper

I by mistake ordered a subscription to the newspaper thinking it was the St. Paul Pioneer Press. The dropdown from Safari posted it first. I feel this is a scam! I thought I was purchasing my local paper. This Washington Press access should never have appeared first! I immediately cancelled the paper not knowing that they charged my bank account. It wasn't until today that I found out I was charged and the tried to get a refund. The Washington Post will not give any refunds! I haven't received any paper and I don't want to pay for it until it EXPIRES on 2/11/2026! I feel that this is a SCAM.
