We had our F150 at this dealer to fix our heated/cooled seats. After 7 service appointment they could not fix the problem. Then told us it was not a warranty issue. The service department did not have the diagnostic skills to find the problem. Once a service department makes an attempt to repair a vehicle they own the problem, not turn their back when they do not have the ability. The picture show they did not even mount the module under the seat after service appointment. This is not acceptable.
The service manager Dan was extremely rude on the phone call to discuss further service. He did not allow me to finish a sentence or ask a question. I asked to speak with the owner Josh Loney and that was not granted. Attempt so contact the dealership owner was not returned.

This is a very poor owner experience with Ford and their dealership. I also sent hard copies of complaint in mail to Ford Customer service. Waiting.
