Walden Pond Apartment, 12850 Whittington, Houston TX 77077 review: Bad service and very rude assistant manager/ unprofessional

Hello I'm a 30 real estate broker/owner I own a apartment locating service with my full service real estate office. I called this apartment complex a day before my client and I visited them on 11/29/2022 at 2:35 pm. Once we got there my client gave her information to the agent that was helping us. She then asked for our driver's license for an on property tour. My client has a state of Texas approved paper from the state of Texas. This paper is saying her hard copy driver's license is coming in the mail soon. So the leasing agent went looking for the property manager, but that person wasn't there at the time. Then she went and asked the assistant manager about this paper and she told her in Spanish I am on my lunch break and I have 5 more minutes. Twenty minutes later she came out being very rude and unprofessional. She said our policy say we must have a hard copy of a driver's license to tour this property. She lied because when visited 4 more better complex after we left this property and we had no problems and my client found a much better place and price as well. The assistant manager really needs more in house training. What she should have been focusing on was the men hanging around the front of the apartment complex begging for money. I will never send or take anyone to the WALDEN POND APARTMENT again.
