WA State Unemployment Securities Dept review: Failing to pay

Worked for the state nearly 11 years and became unemployed. Applied for unemployment 3 months ago and recieved nothing but excuses and more hoops to jump through. My bemefit year was $15000 and they screwed me over. They dont care because they think that there is nothing I can do about it and thats where they are wrong. When you screw me out of $15000 that I counting on getting to pay bills and buy food to eat and I lose everything my revenge is guarunteed. There is something I can do but I'm going to wait for the perfect chain of events to be in place and they will be and then I very easily and at no cost make one simple movement and cost this state 1000 times what they ripped me for and I will do it again and again without mercy until I feel that the state has learned a lesson and it is bankrupt. They threw away half a billion dollars to scammers in filthy Africa but wont help people here that qualify. The people that burned me should be fired. Since they wont pay me then I shall demonstrate my ability to decide what they spend their entire budget on
