Vumatel and VOX review: Internet service by Friday the 12th August 2022

I went on line to request a FIBRE and Internet provider and selected Vumatel and VOX - Both sites asked for the address I was requesting the service for and both came back showing that both Vumatel and VOX was available in my area, so I requested the service around about the 20th June... Today the 10 Aug I am still waiting for the service - 400 Harvest street Bredell Kempton Park

A Vumatel rep came out over a week ago and viewed the set up at this complex, they spoke with the Landlord and told the Landlord they would get back to him, the Landlord like me are still waiting VOX tells me they waiting for Vumatel

Nearly 8 weeks, I am truly shocked and very disappointed at the poor service the lack of communication... I have a year lease at the complex and I am now considering to ask the Landlord to get someone to take over the lease (so that I don't loose my deposit... I don't like complaining, but it seems I have hit a brick wall... If I get service from them I will expect at least 3 to 6 months "Free service"

Vumatel and VOX I am sure you will agree that this has been handled extremely bad...
