Volpes review: Interior decoration

I ordered curtains from Volpes in Clearwater Mall TWO weeks ago. Paid cash and was told it would take 5 to 7 days. After 5 days I phoned " sorry they're not here yet. I'll phone you back after I've found where they are".
I HAVE HAD TO PHONE BACK EVERY DAY SINCE WITH THE SAME STORY. Note I HAVE, not once did they phobe me back. Volpes your service is dreadful and your staff enept. I'm going in tomorrow to get a refund - in cash, so I can buy from a more customer orientated company. I'll NEVER go into another Volpes shop!
